Tradition is that the first Monday in September we celebrate the labor movement and the day is dedicated to the social and economic achievements of the hard workers in America. It constitutes a tribute to the contributions the workers have made to the strength, prosperity, and well-being of our country from your favorite coffee shop baristas to get you moving in the mornings, to the men and women who protect the integrity of law and social equality ensuring equal opportunities for all. So on this Labor Day I want to send a cordial greeting and my sincere appreciation to all those who strive daily, and that with much dedication give their best in the work places.
Sincerely,
Michael K. Carlin, President
